PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Payment Policy   
Customers must register on the website maidbooking.com.my with some basic information before they can submit orders and make online payments. Users need to protect the privacy of their login information and take the required security measures to avoid unwanted access.

It is advised to update passwords regularly and not share them with third parties. Maid Booking is not liable for any loss or unauthorized access to data.
Maid Booking only accepts the online payment option for booking services.
This ensures a secure and convenient transaction process for both customers and service providers. Maid Booking does not accept cash payments for services. Customers can easily pay for their services through the Maid Booking website using a credit card or mobile wallet.


Refund Policy
Refunds for Services Canceled:
If a client cancels a service and is eligible for a refund, the payment will be refunded within 15 working days of the cancellation. The refund will be sent to the original payment method used for the booking.
Please ensure that the payment method used for the booking is still valid and active to avoid any delays in receiving the refund. If there are any issues with the refund process, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Satisfaction and Service Quality:
Our top priority is customer satisfaction, and if you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours for a free re-cleaning of affected areas. We strive to ensure that every customer is happy with our service, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
            


Unable to Function:
A cancellation charge could be applied if the cleaning team shows up at the appointed service location and is unable to complete the job because the customer isn't there or for any other reason.
It is important to notify the cleaning service as soon as possible if there are any changes to the appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation charge.

Booking Cancellation
?    “Customers” can contact our customer support staff to cancel a cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the planned service time.

?    “Maid Booking” guarantees prompt and reliable service delivery but may face unforeseen cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you and work to reschedule the service at a convenient time.
